Our Process & Policies
Ayaki Ceramics is a made-to-order ceramics studio, and I start production immediately after receiving your order. As such, modifications or cancellations may result in forfeiture of paid amounts, and changes cannot be made once an item has been shipped.
My goal is to provide you with a lifetime’s worth of beautiful, handmade, and unique ceramics. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I offer a 14-day exchange policy or store credit for standard, in-stock items, as long as they are returned unused and in their original condition. Custom orders cannot be refunded, but I will replace any items that arrive damaged.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, please email me at info@ayakiceramics.com within two weeks of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on my part. To ensure the safe return of your items, I recommend insuring the shipment and providing me with the tracking number.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your shipment closely upon receipt and notify me immediately if there is any damage to the product or packaging. Photos of the damage and the packaging must be sent to info@ayakiceramics.com, and the packaging must be kept for claim inspection.
