Ready-to-Ship Orders: These orders will be packaged with care and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, distance, handling, and the number of items in the order. The more items, the higher the shipping cost.
Made-to-Order Items: These items will be produced and shipped within 4-8 weeks of purchase.
Shipping Pottery: Shipping pottery can be expensive due to its weight or the size of the shipping box. As a one-person studio, I do not receive shipping discounts, but I use recycled materials to reduce costs and minimize my carbon footprint. The shipping cost listed is either the actual cost or slightly discounted.
Delivery Times: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days in the EU and 10-15 business days in the USA. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before making a purchase to discuss upgraded shipping options.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
